Chocoholics Dream cupcakes :D

I also make my friends cupcakes for there birthdays so I decided to go for Cadbury's Flake flavour this time, what do you think?

They are chocolate cupcakes with chocolate buttons in, chocolate buttercream on top and a piece of flake too.

Here's the recipe, it makes 12

Ingredients
Cakes100g Flour
125g Sugar
125g Butter, softened
2 eggs3 tbsp Cocoa Powder
3 tbsp Milk
75g Chocolate buttons/chips/chunks etc
Decorations
175g Butter
350g icing sugar
3 tbsp Cocoa powder
few drops of vanilla extract
3 tbsp Boiling water
3 flakes

Method
1. Cream the butter and sugar
2. Beat in the flour, milk, eggs and cocoa powder
3. Fold in the chocolate
4. Spoon into cupcake cases and bake for 12-15 mins a t 90c
5. Leave to cool before icing otherwise the buttercream will melt an d lose its shape.
6. Whilst you wait for the cakes to cool make the buttercream by beating the butter to soften it.
7. Add in the icing sugar, cocoa, vanilla extract and boiling water and beat.
(put a tea towel or cloth over the whisk and bowl why you beat it if you want to stop the icing sugar from poofing up, is poofing a word?)
8.Ice the cakes how ever you want, quarter the flake and place on top.

Ta-dahhh Chocoholic Flake Cupcakes! :D
