These brownies are delicious hot or cold but I prefer them served warm with ice-cream :)
Ingredients
150g Dark Chocolate
140g Butter
85g Plain Flour
3 eggs
200g Caster Sugar
55g chopped walnuts (optional)
Method
1.Preheat the oven to 160 degrees/325f/Gas mark 3 and grease a brownie tin.
2. Melt the butter and chocolate in the microwave or on the gas over a bowl of boiling water and mix till combined.
3.Whisk the sugar into the butter and chocolate mix then beat in the eggs one at a time.
4. Fold in the flour and nuts if your using them and transfer to the tin.
5. Bake in the oven for 40 mins till firm to the touch.
