We celebrated our 'last day' of school on Friday the 2nd of may. I say last day, but we are back at school on the tuesday and then all of my 24 exams start the next week. Its really just a day to celebrate the five years we have spent at school, though most of us carry on at the sixth form. We get to come to school in fancy dress, but we are only in till 11.25 then we get the rest of the day off. Here are some photos of the day...
The big photo on the right is my whole year then theres me and my friends as M&Ms, some of the boys as mexicans and then loads of the girls came in fat suits!
These are just some various photos of me and friends throughout the day. The big photo at the bottom with the pink haired girl is me and my twin sister Megan who along with one of her friends went as Team Rocket from pokemon, I loved the hair!
Photos with various teachers and my head of year took a selfie on my camera!
We also let off balloons in memory of a member of our year who had sadly passed away, which was a great way to remember her on such a special day.
We all met in Touchwood in the morning and got McDonalds' breakfasts, then all 200 of us made the trek into school before running all through the school and finally ending up on the field. There we let of balloons in memory of Aoife before having our success assembly in which we celebrate the last five years together. Cue lots of cringey photos and bad singing. Then we had some food before going outside to see the younger years, but we had to leave school at 11.25am so we went to the park and hung around there for a bit. We finished off the night with 12 of us heading to a friends, ordering pizza and camping in his backyard which was a lot of fun!
