Katy Perry Prismatic World Tour :D

Well I'm not sure I've ever mentioned on here before what a huge fan of Katy Perry I am. So there we go, I'm a huge Katy Cat, I think shes gorgeous, talented and really down to earth considering how famous she is now. I have loved her since she first got big but unfortunately I didn't get to go on her California Dreams Tour :'(
My two friends Georgia and Eilis who are on the right of me in the photo below  both went last year and both decided to go again this year so with some birthday money I decided to buy myself a Prismatic World Tour ticket too! and I have to say that was the best £50 I have ever spent! It was was easily one of the best nights of my life and I definitely couldn't pick a favourite song but Teenage dream, Dark horse, Love me and Double Rainbow (You'll see why Double Rainbow down below!) are definitely up there. This is a very photo heavy post but I just loved it all sooo much!

Maeve and Hannah (Eilis and Georgia's little sisters) Me, Eilis and Georgia

Me, Eilis and Georgia waiting for Icona pop (The support act) to come on.

The next few photos are from when she sung Birthday towards the end

That lucky fella got to go on stage, I'm so jel!

These ones are from Walking on Air...

She actually sort of walked on air...

And this is why I loved Double rainbow so much!
She actually got down off the stage and came right up close to the audience and she was like 2 meters away from me, I could have touched her!

When the big sunflower came out she sung all of the lovely slow kind of sad songs and she even started crying herself during Grace of God which really made me tear up.

These were during Dark Horse which was also AMAZING!

And this was how she begun with Roar...

*Sigh* Why is she so flawless?
And now I just can't wait for the next tour/album/single!

Katy Perry Oh Honey False Eyelashes Review

These were my first pair of false eyelashes so I don't really have anything to compare these to, but I must say I love them. I bought them after reading a lot of good reviews and it was a toss up between the 'Oh Honey' and 'Sweetie Pie' ones.
They have a clear band so you could definitely wear these without eyeliner plus it means that they are really flexible and because they are natural looking ones they are very light too. All in all they are very comfortable to wear and the glue that comes with them works really well. The only problem I had with them is that I'm not really sure they made all that difference to me appearance wise because I have pretty long lashes anyway. You can definitely notice when my eyes are closed, but when they are open they look very natural and not that much longer than my natural lashes so next time I might be tempted to go for a pair that's a little heavier.

I bought these for £5.95 in Superdrug but unfortunately I went into Bodycare afterwards to buy some St Moriz tan and unfortunately found the exact same pair for £4. I was a little heartbroken, my friends (Hi Bronagh!) already know this because I spent quite a while complaining about this! So the moral of the story is that you should shop around!

As you can probably tell, I wasn't great at putting the lashes on, but it was my first go, so please let me off? The left one ended up a bit wonky and I really struggled with making the inner corners stay down but I think I sorted it out in the end. Overall considering it was the first time I've ever tried putting them on I think I did alright, but I think that was thanks to watching Pixiwoo's video to be honest, very helpful for a first timer!

Please bare in mind (Or bear in mind?) that the two photos below were taken after I got home from the party as I was taking the lashes off, so I'm sorry if I'm looking a little worse for wear. Being the idiot that I am though, I didn't think to get a photo with and without lashes, comparing the two. So basically, on the left is me with the lashes and on the right is my natural lashes without mascara or anything on. I'd also like to apologise for the bottom photo being out of focus, but you can kind of see it still...?

So all in all I'm really happy with these lashes and I really hope that they will last a while. Have any of you tried Katy Perry lashes or the Eyelure ones before, any styles that you could recommend me to try out next?

November Favourites

Well December is finally here, which means that christmas is here at last too, but more importantly November Favourites are here!

But remember, December favourites will be over on my new site Beauty By a Geek!

1. Yankee Candles in Red Apple Wreath and Snowflake Cookie- I brought these at the beginning of November and I have been loving them! They make my bedroom smell so christmassy and delicious.
2.Bourjois Delice de Poudre Bronzing Powder- I love this new bronzer, its perfect for just adding a little colour to my face in the winter.
3. Lasting Perfection Concealer- One of my favourite youtubers, Zoella swears by this concealer so I thought I'd give it a try after the last couple I've tried weren't that great and I'm really loving it, it offers good but also long lasting coverage.
4. Maybelline Falsies Mascara- I am really loving this mascara, definitely one of the best Ive tried along with the loreal telescopic one.
5.James Blunt Bonfire Heart- This song is absolutely beautiful and I cant stop listening to it on repeat.
6.Chocolate Hobnobs-My nan brought me a packet last week and these are absolutely delicious, I could have eaten the whole packet in one sitting.
7. Katy Perry Legendary Lovers- This song is also brilliant, I love her whole album though!
8. Fox's Sleepy Hollow- Me and my sister have been loving this programme of late, though I cant watch it at night time ;)
9. Rimmel London Apocalips in Stellar-I brought this on 3 for 2 at boots and I love it! It glides on like a gloss but even after the gloss is gone your lips are still stained. It was really hard to pick a colour because I also really wanted big bang, phenomenon and apocalyptic, hopefully I'll be able to get a few more though!

So what have your November favourites been?
